Rachel and I were given the task of helping to prepare for a special group visiting North West Dining Hall. for breakfast one day we helped to create a parfait display and citrus salad. to create this citrus salad we made grapefruit and orange supremes (beautiful and delicious). For those of you unsure about what it means to supreme a citrus please watch the video to master the technique and you too will be a supreme master.
