Montana State University

I cant belive that a month of the internship has already gone by...

Friday the managers tasted all the ice cream novelties that had been delivered. We tried 11 different types, yummmm :)

Friday after work we went camping with Paul and his family at Hyalite Resevoir in Galatian National Park. It rained a bit and was verrryyyy cold but it was really fun and beautiful! I got to see a deer (thank goodness not a bear) and we ate really well.  Paul's wife Erica used dutch ovens and made some awesome meals (Berry Cobbler pictued below.) Saturday we went hiking but we couldnt do the whole trail because there was still to much snow.  Saturday night we were joined by a bunch of people including one of Paul's former interns Rachael who brough her puppy!

Today we had a product testing with Intermountain.  A lot of turkey products to be included in the menu for healthier options.

Tomorrow we are headed to Billings to test some products for the new football concessions area and then we are going to explore the area! It's gonna be a long day but it should be a lot of fun!
